SituationAn Oxford-based science team had developed Cerium Oxide (CeO2) to cut CO emissions in ICE exhausts, but the breakthrough was barely known in the markets that mattered.
ChallengeGetting a new product noticed in an increasingly crowded emissions-reduction category.
BriefSupport an ambitious new management team in exceeding the company’s existing performance.
StrategyMove away from the brand’s traditional look entirely, into an ultra-modern identity and website built for the markets it actually needed to reach.
Scope of WorkCorporate identity and 360° advertising campaigns.
ResultSteady, compounding market share growth as the right audiences finally understood what the product did.
NoteA genuine pleasure working with scientists and thinkers whose approach to marketing was refreshingly different from the usual industry playbook.

Energenics had real science behind it, Cerium Oxide developed at Oxford to cut CO emissions, but almost no visibility in the markets that needed to know about it. Moving the brand into an entirely modern register, from its identity through to its website, gave a genuinely technical product a voice the right audiences could actually engage with. Market share grew steadily rather than overnight, which felt right for a brand built on real research rather than a marketing sprint.
