Anilconstantine.com is the personal portfolio and professional site of Anil Constantine, brand architect and advisor. Purchases of Digital Goods through The Bazaar, and branding or advisory assignments arranged through this site, are transacted with Art With Balls ("we", "us", "our"), the registered business through which Anil Constantine accepts payment, based in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India. By using this site or purchasing through it, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Nature of services
Alongside the portfolio, advisory content and consultation bookings on this site, The Bazaar sells intangible digital products, including downloadable PDFs, guides and printable designs ("Digital Goods"), and we also accept payment for bespoke branding and advisory assignments arranged through this site. The Bazaar is not yet live for purchase; once it is, the sections below govern those transactions. No physical items are ever shipped for Digital Goods, delivery is immediate on successful payment via download link, email, or account dashboard. Branding and advisory assignments are governed by a separate agreement signed directly with the client at the time of engagement, covering scope, fees, timelines and cancellation terms specific to that project; these website Terms apply only to general site use and Digital Goods purchases.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including case studies, brand names, images and copy shown in the portfolio, is the property of Anil Constantine or the respective clients credited, shown for portfolio purposes only, and may not be reproduced without permission. Purchasing a Digital Good from The Bazaar does not transfer copyright; you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for personal, non-commercial purposes, including downloading and printing for individual use, unless a separate commercial licence is agreed. Reselling, redistributing, sharing, copying, sub-licensing or uploading the files to any public or shared platform, or claiming them as your own work, is strictly prohibited. All rights in Digital Goods remain with Art With Balls, protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, and applicable international copyright law.
No professional advice
Content on this site, including any advisory language, is general in nature and does not constitute formal legal, financial or business advice. Calls booked through Calendly, and any branding or advisory assignment that follows, are governed by a separate agreement with Art With Balls agreed to directly.
Pricing and payments
Prices may be shown in Indian Rupees (INR) or your local currency depending on your location. You are responsible for any foreign transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or bank fees levied by your financial institution. Prices are exclusive or inclusive of applicable statutory taxes (such as GST in India, or local VAT/sales tax elsewhere) as indicated at checkout, and you agree to pay all taxes associated with your purchase. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
Refunds and returns
Due to their digital nature, Digital Goods purchased through The Bazaar are final sale once a download link has been generated, accessed, or emailed, and cannot be returned. If you experience technical issues downloading a file, or receive a corrupted file, contact anil@anilconstantine.com and we will verify the issue and provide a replacement. Refund and cancellation terms for branding or advisory assignments are set out in the separate agreement for that engagement.

No warranty
This site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that Digital Goods will be compatible with all third-party software, devices or printing equipment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Art With Balls and Anil Constantine are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this site or its products.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms, and any engagement with Art With Balls arranged through this site, are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
